W e are living global experiments. While the effects of future climate change will be significant, the social and economic impacts of our current climate today are often as severe.

Scientific facts on destructiveness from use of fossil fuels, and the resulting emission of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, prove we are progressing way too slowly due to widespread climate denial and poor political action. We need to hit the gas pedal, but too many are sitting on the breaks.
