W hile the speed of technology and innovation increases exponentially, the ease of regulation and access puts extremely powerful science in the hands of just about anyone.

It is imperative we create an ethics and regulatory council together with a global governance. I’m not a big fan of strict regulations, and I know the difficulties of worldwide agreements; however, I find it imperative that we change and build a new foundation from the ground up.

There will always be those who want to use technology for malicious intentions, and putting our inventions back in the proverbial Pandora’s Box is not an option once it is out.
